How to file a DMCA notice

Email with the subject line DMCA Notice and include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or authorised agent).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. A direct URL to the infringing material on this site (URLs starting with https://www.linkedinpinpointanswers.today).
  4. Your contact information — full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may file a counter-notification with the same email address. Counter-notifications must include the same statutory elements set out in 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3).

Repeat infringers

We will terminate access for any contributor or commenter found to be a repeat infringer.

False claims

Knowingly making a false claim of infringement may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f). Please ensure your claim is accurate before filing.
